RETURN & EXHANGE

We will only accept new, unworn, undamaged and unused merchandise with the original tags still attached and accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will not provide a refund or accept any merchandise returns that show signs the merchandise has been worn, damaged or washed upon returning to our warehouse.
There is a no return policy for all sleepwear, lingerie and swimwear due to personal hygiene risk.
You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of the return and must provide us with a tracking number by emailing us at support@bellissimo.us or sales@stylzandco.com and typing your order number in the subject line.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will ship from our warehouse located in Atlanta, GA. Stylz by Rebel Mode Luxe Ltd Co. ships Monday - Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on federal holidays or weekends.
Pre-Order items will be listed with a ship date.
Most orders are received within 2-7 business days once shipped. We will email you with a link to track your purchase. It is your responsibility to track your package once your item has left our warehouse. Please check your email for any tracking information.
